Claire Beachy

Claire Beachy serves with Prisma Health as the Healthy People, Healthy Carolinas Coordinator for the THRIVE Laurens Coalition. With a background in nonprofit work, health education, and public health, Claire is passionate about helping communities address barriers to health and well-being.

In previous roles with FoodShare and SNAP-Ed, Claire supported efforts to increase access to healthy eating and active living opportunities, particularly in low-income communities. Her work has centered on connecting people with resources, strengthening community partnerships, and advancing practical solutions that support healthier lives.

Claire’s favorite part of her work is seeing people and organizations from different disciplines come together around a shared goal. Through THRIVE Laurens, she supports the coalition’s success through community engagement, coordination, and project management.

In her role, Claire helps move THRIVE Laurens’ priorities forward by supporting the initiatives that matter most to the coalition and the communities it serves.
